With many years under my belt in sales, marketing and business development, I realised that the area of work I enjoyed the most was working with start-ups and small to medium sized businesses. You get to see immediate impact with the initiatives implemented.
Launching Aspire BDM means I can use my own experience and knowledge directly and serve multiple clients. In addition I am able to draw from a wealth of experience and insight from a tight network of sales & marketing professionals, bringing a fresh perspective to your business challenges. So far I've helped a number of start-ups and established companies in the renewables and industrial sectors. Clients include: Futurepump Ltd, SOLIDpower GmbH and Impact Pumps Ltd.
2002-2016
During this period I was finding my feet. Social media and YouTube had just been discovered. The Solar and Renewable energy sector was in its infancy. Years before I had studied in mechanical, production and design engineering at Southampton Institute of HE (now Solent University) and worked as a toolmaker. But many saw true potential in my presentation and communication skills and it wasn't long before I was in front of customers serving and training them on medical air compressors, mechanical seals for process industry or roof top mounting frames for Solar PV.
I started up and operated two of businesses in this period too. Tritec Energy Ltd is still running today.
